‘Hummingbird I’, new from British contemporary wildlife artist Dave White, is a framed limited edition giclee with silkscreen print, created using sparkling diamond dust, luxurious 24 carat gold leaf, shimmering pearlescent ink, and special finishing touches that make this wondrous species look as magical on canvas as they do in the wild. Based on an original oil painting, the depiction is delicate and beautiful, with a colour palette of blue, turquoise, purple, orange, yellow and green. This artwork measures 32 x 32” and has been released as a deluxe collector’s edition of just 30 copies. Dave White is a contemporary British Artist who dedicates his work to celebrating popular culture and interpreting emotive issues. White graduated with a BA (Hons) Fine Art (Painting) at Liverpool John Moores University and has enjoyed success from the inception of his career, with selection for the Northern Graduates exhibition at the Royal College of Art. White pioneered the 'Sneaker Art' movement in 2002, with the execution of pop art inspired sneaker oil portraits, leading to long term collaborations with Nike and Brand Jordan. White is one of a handful of artists to have his own signature Jordan releases....
